We do not monitor or review entries for accuracy, legality, or compliance. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheScrumSage and its creators from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or the data you submit.

Intellectual Property

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Data Storage and Availability

While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your content, we do not guarantee data retention or availability. You are responsible for backing up important data.

Termination
